House rules
A few simple rules

Check-in is between 2 and 10 pm. If you’ll arrive later, let Janko know in advance.

On departure day, please leave the unit by 10 am.

At least one adult must be present at check-in.

Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am.

Please show a photo ID at check-in. Guests under 18 check in with a parent or guardian.

FAQ
Questions guests ask
How far is the ski slope?
Ten metres. You put your skis on practically at the door and ski back to the house in the evening.
Where do I keep skis and boots?
In the heated ski room on the ground floor, so your boots are warm and dry in the morning.
Is there parking?
Yes, in front of the house, free of charge.
Is breakfast included?
No. Both apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, and the shop and cafés in the centre are a few minutes’ walk away.
Can I bring my dog?
Sorry, no. Pets are not allowed.
What is there to do in summer?
The valley cycle path runs past the house, and Lake Jasna, Zelenci, Planica and the Vršič pass are close by. More on the Location page.
Is there a pool nearby?
Yes, guests get a discount at the pool of a nearby hotel. Janko will give you the details when you arrive.
How do I book?
Send an enquiry with your dates and number of guests. Janko replies with the price and a confirmation, with no middleman and no commission.
Are children welcome?
Yes, children of all ages. A cot for little ones (up to 2) is €5 per night. The Kekec ski school is right behind the house and there’s a play area in the garden.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer before arrival. You get the details with your booking confirmation.
Is smoking allowed?
No, the whole house is non-smoking.
Can I cook if I stay in the room?
The room has a small fridge and a kettle, and there’s an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue in the garden for all guests. The apartments have their own fitted kitchens.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes, in every unit.
Can I get here by bus?
The bus station is about a 10-minute walk. In summer, free tourist buses also run up the valley, including to Lake Jasna and the Vršič pass.
